Thank you for your help in making our 2010 Spring Auction a fun and successful event.
How do Redbud families contribute?
The auction is supposed to be fun, but it's also a lot of work. To help spread the workload, each family is asked to:
- Make one personal donation. Each family is asked to contribute one personal donation, e.g., host a pool party and barbeque for eight people.
- Solicit one item from a business. Families are requested to contact one business and request the donation of an item to be auctioned.
- Complete your auction job. As you may recall, you signed up for parent participation jobs, at least one of which was an auction job.
- Wine raffle. Back by popular demand, and because of its huge success, is the wine raffle. Each family is asked to contribute one bottle of wine and to sell as many wine raffle tickets as possible.
